So in total I'm down 12 lbs so far. I was down 12 lbs before, but gained a little & lost it again.
It's been tricky to stay motivated ... esp with visiting family & then Halloween ... my way of thinking most times when I lose weight is ..."Oh, I've lost "x" amount of weight already, I guess I can slack a little.
But the way I need to think is... Man...I've got a long way to go, I guess I'd better keep going.
And also, I've been eating things I shouldn't (because they taste so good!) & I haven't been tracking... & I haven't really been exercising... so... I need to get back on track. But I guess I haven't been too bad, since I lost 1.6 lbs each week for the past two weeks... Hopefully I can keep it up.
The same thing happens to me Kell... I think to myself - Oh I only ate so much yesterday, I can just let this slide. But I never get ahead. Then I want to kick myself in my lazy butt. Just keep going. Whenever I'm there, I hear my mom's voice saying "It's not how many times you fall, it's how many times you get back up that makes you a winner!" You can do it!!!
