For example...
This is me doing my first ever handstand! (well, in the last 25 years anyway) I didn't think I'd be able to do it, but I made the decision to try...and I did it! It felt so good I did it like 6 more times :)
And today I had a personal record of 165 lbs with back squats!
So all in all it's been pretty awesome with CrossFit lately... I'm feeling really good...a lot stronger... and slimming down too!
